Can I have custom decal on the backdrops?
We can apply anything you like to the white arch backdrops, and wavy backdrops!
We can also apply decal to the front of the carts which looks really effective for events!
Where is the collection & drop off location for hire items?
Port Kennedy, Perth.
Address will be provided prior to collection of hire items.
What are the collection and drop off times?
Hire of items is for 24 hours
Collection times:
5pm the night before your event unless organised differently with us.
Drop off times:
5pm on the day of your event.
Unless your event is at night (then please discuss with us for drop off times).
Do I pay the total price on booking?
To secure your booking we require 50% deposit.
The remainder of the payment is due 4 days prior to your event date.
Do I pay a bond when hiring items?
Yes, a $100 refundable bond is required to be paid 4 days prior to your event date. This bond will be bank transferred back to you on return of the items when we have inspected all items to ensure there is no damage/missing equipment. Your bond will be transferred back to you within 48 hours. If items are damaged or if any items are missing, your bond will be forfeited.
Will my party hire fit in my car?
Most of our party hire folds down small for transport!
The tops come off the carts for easy transport.
The only 2 items that do not fold down are the plain white arch board and the Favours Wall.
Everything can fit in an SUV with the seats laid down or a ute tub with a canopy.
