Terms and Conditions
To book your party hire with Smarties Parties please contact us via the contact form on our website, email, Facebook messenger or Instagram messenger. We are very responsive to our messages. and look forward to chatting all things party with you!
To book your party hire packages you must pay 50% deposit. If you do not pay your deposit then your booking is not confirmed.
We accept bookings for any days of the week including public holidays.
Pick up of hire items is 5pm the night prior to your event and hire is for 24 hours. Drop off is 5pm the day of your event - unless prior arrangement made with Smarties Parties for night time events or events that end later in the afternoon. If you would like to hire our items for 48 hours there is a charge of $100.
Please adhere to the time frames stated above as we have other clients waiting to collect their items once you have dropped them off for their celebration events.
We require $100 bond bank transferred to us a minimum of 4 days prior to collection of your hire items. This bond will be bank transferred back to you within 48 hours of you dropping off your hire items, once we have inspected everything to ensure no damage or missing items.
The remaining balance owed must be paid to us 4 days prior to collecting your hire items.
Please send a photo of your drivers license prior to collection of your hire items. This photo will be stored while your items are hired out and deleted upon return of the hire items.
Please return the hire items in the same packaging that you have hired them in. This is to ensure they are protected in transport.
All party hire is inspected and cleaned after drop off of items. If items are missing or damaged - your bond will be forfeited.
